A Mi Manera is a magical place.

The secret garden of Es Pla was born out of a love of and dedication for the local culture and its cuisine.

The garden is in tune with nature; vegetables and herbs are grown organically

tying our menu to the seasonality of the food.

We offer a range of gourmet meats and fish served with fresh vegetables straight from the vegetable garden.

Dine al fresco, surrounded by the crops that end up in the unique creations of our chef and onto your plates.

This delectable experience offers a real journey through the aromas and the flavours of the island.
